Surface slippery on roundabout

My car spun a 180 degrees on this roundabout this morning whilst coming from Prospect Road heading towards Asda - this is the 3rd case on this roundabout Ive now heard about in weeks. I appreciate the road was wet this morning but it happening on other occasions shows there is a problem with the surface road on this roundabout - luckily I didnt hit another vehicle or worse a pedestrian.
