Sent to Broxbourne Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1090555.
Fly-tipped bags of rubbish in hedges at entrance to by-way. Also dumped blue barrel being used as a bin, needs removal. This is at the entrance to the by-way (brickendon liberty 24?) in Lord Street, NXT to entrance to East Herts Equestrian Centre.
Rubbish has been there several months & is causing near misses with frightened horses.

This was passed to East Herts District Council who acted very promptly, unlike Broxbourne Council who the original issue was reported to - and did nothing until it was pursued via a local Cllr.
