The resident of one of the flats has been using the front of the property to repair cars. no regard for the public highway or road or residents with the noise. Reported it to emh homes on the 31st Aug. The oil damage is now very prominent. The car is uninsured and reported to police. The damage should be paid for by the resident of of the flat and not tax payers. It should be investigated before the damage continues.
