Sent to Leicestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1089243.

Noticed this today but looks as if it's been leaking for a while. Ground very sodden. Can't see source as bushes in the way. Located at pathway onto park from the Longlands Close off Ashley Way.
