Blue people carrier always in view at end of street

For months now when I leave my street I can not see a thing coming from the left when turning out as there Is blue people carrier always on the very edge blocking people's view on the corner of Houghton close on to Ireland street I don't know how no accidents have been caused yet this is defiantly an accident waiting to happen! You can't see a thing when you wabt to turn out of the street due to this car in the way
