Hedge not cut

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1088659.

The hedge bordering the Haynes Road allotments has been cut on the road side but not cut on the top. Also the hedge has not been cut on the inside of the allotments. It is now overgrown on top and inside allotments. It is normally cut inside/outside/on top twice a year.
