Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later
A patch of Himalayan balsam has been growing here for a couple of years. It has now spread (this year), (presumably by the bees in the Warwickshire Beekeepers' Association apiary at the end of the road) to a nearby verge already infested with Japanese knotweed. This apiary is recent; bees love Himalayan balsam as a late form of forage. If it is not dealt with the verges of Dalehouse Lane, surrounding gardens and the golf course will be infested.
