Ad Screen Dazzling Drivers on Aspen Way E14

The advertising screen on the Billingsgate side of Aspen Way, E14, is far too bright and dazzles oncoming drivers at night, especially those on the roundabout overpass. In particular, the advert for telephone company "3" which states "Go Binge" is more likely to make drivers "go blind" as the amount of white on-screen dazzles tremendously! Drivers may then loose concentration and are unable to see the oncoming slip-road traffic from the roundabout, causing some to swerve into the adjacent lanes and could cause a collision or even a fatality at peak times. Please could this ad screen be dimmed asap before someone is hurt. Reported to council 8th Aug 2017.
