Fenced in public green on Pennycress Drive regularly gets landscaped inside the fence, but outside the fence it is left. Hedge overhanging footpath. See pic.

Problem has got worse. Contractors do not care. The Council does not care. This flat path doubles up as a road so sooner or later a child will get run over and I will be able to say I told you so.
