This part of Armstrong Road on both sides is full of rubbish and litter. The photo does not do it justice. There is more than evident from the photo

Disappointed this has not been fixed as this road and surrounding pavements/verges, particularly at the dead end section, is a bit of a rubbish tip and needs to be cleared.
