I am the only house up marsh lane and am fed up with people allowing their dogs to foul outside my house and in my garden!

There are numerous mounds of dog poo, even though there is a poo bin at the end of marsh lane adjoining Bampton road. People walk their dogs off the leads, when on a public road I thought they had to be on the lead! If they were on the lead then it would stop them from jumping into my garden, chasing my cats and crapping everywhere! Young children walk up marsh lane and to stand in dog poo is dangerous and disgusting. We live in an area on natural beauty, but this lets the village down massively. We need signs to state Keep your dogs on a lead and Clean up your dog poo! I do know some of the culprits as they have been caught on my CCTV, I will not name them, but will be posting their dog gifts back to them if this is not sorted out.
