Drain blockage creating overspill in garden
Reported in the Blocked drains category anonymously at 00:25, Fri 28 July 2017 using FixMyStreet Pro

Thames water have confirmed that drain in Thornet wood road behind my house needs to be unblocked by Bromley council. They have arranged this with you but confirmed you have done nothing as yet! With the rain today this is causing considerable damage to my back garden which has turned into a swimming pool. I'm fed up and disgusted with this terrible service. My house smells like a sewage plant and it's absolutely unsafe for my baby and toddler. How can you expect me to live like this?? Please can you arrange for thus to be sorted asap.

Can you advise what is happening here? I have called you several times and you have promised a call back. But nothing. My house stinks of sewage with two kids. Why are you not listening?!!!
