No pavement
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Jenny Henderson at 12:35, Mon 24 July 2017
Sent to Somerset Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1077019.
Pavement is badly needed from the bus stop on the southbound side of the A39 in Coxley, near Stoppers Lane (opposite the private drive to Meadow Bridge House and Two Rivers) so that residents can get to and from this bus stop safely. The grass verge is very narrow and unsafe to use, and anyway completely unsuitable for schoolchildren, the elderly, or anyone with a pram or buggy. It is also a problem crossing the road to get to/from the northbound bus stop the other side. So in effect the residents of Stoppers Lane can't use the busses at all.

Terrible. No comment has been forthcoming about whether and when this issue might be addressed, and whether there is perhaps a more direct or appropriate channel to bring it to Highways' attention.
