Fly tipping reported to landlord who is putting cost of removal on the tenants.tenants have reported the people who are doing this but fail to manage the problem by relative legislation available. this weekend has produced another pile of unwanted garden and household waste by various households in the lane.the upshot of this behaviour is that us who live in the flats opposite have no where to put our rubbish as the bins have not been emptied.there are now rats running between the railway and our lane feeding on the over spilling bins.

It is not acceptable for firstly being charged for something that has nothing to do with residents of the flats and especially as the guilty partie's houses managed by the same landlord have their own recycling and household rubbish bins.it is also not acceptable to ignore the problem and finally from a tenants perspective rats and other vermin are required to be controlled and dealt with which looks as it is only lip service at present. my partner and i both suffer with long term illness and really do not need this depressing situation to continue.

The problem continues and rats are seen daily in the burnt out bin shed which stands with the debris on top of the original bin waste that was there during the fire 3 months ago, household furniture and rubbish is still being tipped throughout the Lumpy Lane and remains until the landlord requests the removal. We have requested the bin area to be cleared of debris so at least there is nothing remaining from 3 months ago underneath the rubble but we are told it will be rectified when the bin area is rebuilt. I find it totally unacceptable that this problem is still not fixed and is as bad as ever. Surely its not too much to expect a fix to this rat and rubbish problem once and for all.
