Resurfaced road caused chip damage to my car

A few roads around Coalville have been resurfaced poorly leaving debris all over the road which as then few up at my car causing substantial damage to my bonnet and bumper of my car. It has chipped away paint on my bonnet and has also cracked one of my fog lights. I know these roads have caused the issues as I clean my car throughly every week and only now has the problem arisen after these ill surfaced roads. As you can see from the pictures this damage is going to cost hundreds of pounds to fix for somthing that could of been avoided if these roads where properly maintained and laid.
