  • Cllr Jeremy Preece took this issue to Rushmoor Borough Council some weeks ago, and learned that the flooding is caused because, when the whole of Upper Union Street was covered over and pedestrianised some years ago, no drains were put in. When it rains heavily, the water runs downhill and causes floods.
