Overgrown hedge blocking pavement

Sent to Leicester City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1073566.

The overgrown hedge is taking up half the pavement and I have to go on the muddy grass to get by with my baby in the pram even just walking by you have to watch your head from the sticking out hedge and I would be grateful if you could do something about it.
