Lorry loads of rubbish have been dumped onto the ground behind the council building and Tesco, some of which was set alight on Saturday night when the Fire Brigade had to attend. More is being dumped frequently each day for almost a week.

The rubbish pile is growing. Have emailed Greenwich council but no reply so far. The rubbish was set on fire last Saturday night very close to the Tesco depot, which could have been very dangerous if the fire had spread to the adjacent buildings.
