This vehicle is NOT abandoned, it is used regularly and has different vehicles on the back from time to time

So you admit to using this commercial vehicle and leaving it loaded in a residential area? Oh dear...
Having lived on Burleigh Avenue as for as long as you (over 6 years), me and the neighbours have had ENOUGH of you and your Dad constantly parking numerous cars alongside your ESAT vehicles that never move, forcing us to park streets away and put up with your noise and nonsense on top of the loaded recovery/SORN scam cars on the truck along with his ridiculous extension so you can run a "Roohani ilaaj" illegally from the premises too!
This will stop soon, you DO NOT own the street.

I admit to nothing and it is NOT my vehicle so don't jump to conclusions, people like you sitting and spying behind the curtains (Curtain Twitchers) need to get a life, what you are doing is trying to destroy a persons livelihood by attempting to get his tools of the trade removed,....If it has Tax, MOT, Insurance there is nothing that can be done so do something useful for one in your life and get the parking outside the school round the corner by selfish parents sorted..... who obviously can't read the parking signs

Quality, of course it isn't your truck (not van, weighs too much).
As regards '.If it has Tax, MOT, Insurance there is nothing that can be done..." you are totally incorrect, there is a lot that can be and is being done.
Covenants, trading policy, highways usage, environmental planning, change of buildings usage, operating licence, public liability insurance, VAT, DVLA, all to name but a few of the caveats awaiting to approach the person who you claim is not you (yeah right) not to mention the criminal offences being committed under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
I have a wonderful life thank you but thanks for the advice. Curtain twitcher no, local member of OWBC and long term resident of Burleigh Avenue yes!
I am not trying to take away any livelyhood, how many trucks can 1 person drive at once? I am ensuring that all is legal and above board and this will be answered AFTER all the agencies have checked "him" out but you have nothing to fear as it is not you!
I have also spoken to residents of Westfield Avenue, Croft Drive and Exeter Road, you, sorry, I mean the owner of the truckS and carS, has quite a fan club!

I wish I lived near you, I park my scrap collecting pick up truck outside your house 24/7, now that would give you summat to moan about.

A LARGE white van has been parked has been parked on Westfield Avenue as close as legally possible to the corner of Burleigh Ave for at least four weeks without moving ( it now has a flat tyre). A driver's line of sight when turning out of Burleigh Avenue is severely compromised. I foresee a nasty accident if these large vehicles continue to be parked here (frequentlky a recovery lorry)
