Alley running at the rear of 2-10 hogarth close being used by persons to dump old beds furniture etc

Flytipping of old furniture and other rubbish is being dumped at night, in the alley at the rear of houses 2-10 hogarth close it may be vans or cars, or people more local dumping old beds and the like.

This alley is used to put wheelie bins in prior to collection and someone may be hurt by the constant clutter.

  • The council seem to believe that fly tipping is the responsibility of people who live nearby, subsequently have given "advice" on the problem. However their ability to pick up council tax is undiminished. It is shameful
