Large potholes stretching 3/4 of road

Large potholes stretching from the triangle of Hook Lane/Chilling Lane and Hook Park Road to Solent Court Farm. 2 of these potholes are stretching 3/4 across the road. Others are getting larger and larger with the amount of traffic that goes along the lanes including huge tractors for harvesting and caravans for Solent Breezes. There is NO streetlighting across any of these lanes and it is dangerous day and night, specially for cyclists like myself. These potholes have been here for months and getting worse and worse and nothing seems to be done. Last time it took several months to get some fixed but the whole stretch of road needs redoing..not just filling a few in as it doesn't resolve the issue.
