Litter bins always full with household rubbish, also bin bags dumped next to litter bin, rubbish blown away by wind, some into the water. no emptying and clean up over the weekend.

All along Inner Millwall Dock (west side); Litter bins always full with household rubbish from Ability Place residents, also bin bags dumped next to litter bin, rubbish blown away by wind, some into the water. no emptying and clean up over the weekend.
