Footpath urgently needs repair

Reported via iOS in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 15:27, Friday 14 July 2017

Sent to Lancashire County Council 3 minutes later

The footpath between the end of Alexandria St and Holland Ave is a disgrace, there is running water coming down it at all times of the year, in winter it is icy, now it is alive with flies. The edges are overgrown with dead leaves on the path making it slippy, and the handrail doesn't go right to the steps, leading to falls in icy weather. Also someone has dumped a large quantity of tree cuttings across the path towards the bottom. The path is well used by people including children and the elderly and it's only a matter of time before there is a nasty accident.
