Loose Bricks in Footpath by Pan Peninsular, E14.

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 00:37, Thu 13 July 2017

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1070736.

Many bricks/cobbles are loose all along the footpath by the dock adjacent to Pan Peninsular building and Harbour Central building site, E14. These loose and sometimes missing bricks are a serious trip hazard to those with impaired mobility or sight. They have been getting steadily worse over the last six months and some bricks have been removed entirely and placed by the bases of the trees. Please could this ground be made safe and level for all E14 visitors and residents. Thank you.

Updates

  • Several bricks in pavement in this area (next to Pan Peninsular) are still loose and are a trip hazard, three months after first reporting to TH Council (as at 17th Oct 2017). Loose bricks in this paving need re-cementing in or all the bricks need removing completely to make the pavement safe and level as more will continue to come loose if nothing is done.
