Speeding

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1067633.

The bottom of Winchester Rd (from the traffic island to the roundabout). Seems no-one adheres to the speed limit anymore and I never see any enforcement in this area. The lorries, vans and cars speed up fast from both ends, either coming from the roundabout or down passing the traffic island. With a busy junction and a lot of school children more should be done to slow these idiots down.
