Poor road surface and drains causing house to shake

Either road surface/drains are in a poor state and/or the increase in HGVs using the road nowadays is causing a loud noise (both the lorries being thrown about and the drains being hit at 'excessive' speed - all times of the day/night). More troubling is it's causing my house to shake (which i'm worried about longer term damage to property). Would like this looked into before any permanent damage is caused.
