Footpath signs removed and path blocked

The signs at the entry to the lane have been covered up

Signs at the actual footpath removed

Path is watered to make weeds grow, totally impassable

If you attempt to use the path you get confronted and told its not a path. Could we have the signs reinstated and the path cleared. This is the north bound path in question
