Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later

Green Y-reg Ford Fiesta appears abandoned, parked partially on pavement. No tax, no MOT, flat front tyre.

I have reported this to both the DVLA and Warwickshire Council via Car Clear over the last several weeks but no action has been taken.
