Large broken metal post ?attached to concrete

Sent to East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1063425.

A broken off metal hollow tube 7cm diameter and around 3ft long firmly fixed in the ground, in verge and partly concealed by vegetation. It is angled such that a cyclist or walker/runner could impale themselves on it as it has very jagged edges. It has been there around two months. It is on the west side of Chalton Lane, between the two lay-byes. Map ref: SU 715 168
