Dangerous parking near school

Cars parking on this corner, causing blocked roads and danger to school children crossing road. Lack of double yellow lines make idiots think their ignorant dangerous parking is acceptable. Dangerous to children and residents. Church lane has a blind corner and again altho very dangerous the lack of lines or Chevrons allow people to park, thinking it's ok.
