Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1062550.

Not positive and it needs to be removed. It's offensive especially since I have just suffered a bereavement. Every time I go out on to my terrace it is all I can see. I have reported so many times and nothing has been done.
