Cars parked "legally" but obscure road users

When traveling either way round Sandringham road, there are increasing numbers of cars parked, i guess legally, as no lines, nut these "parked" cars are becoming a problem, as they are parked on "blind" bends, and its a matter of time before a collision takes place, as motorist passing these "parked" cars have to go on the other side of the road, in to on coming traffic. The matter is worse early in the morning/late afternoon, as the sun is in your vision, and trying to avoid these on coming cars is dangerous. These cars "parked" are i believe all residents from the area, and are too lasy to park on their drives, and leave them on the road, i am shocked that the number of vehicles parked on the side is low. The problem is often raised as there are "recovery" trucks parked up on the stretch, again obscuring vision, and it takes longer to pass these, so increasing the time you are on the other side of the road.

Not fixed, apparently it costs too much £ to paint some yellow lines on a road.

Nothing gets done. More cars & now car rescue lorries parked on blind bends. As per usual, no one cares or wants to do anything about it.

Sorry to say, awaiting a serious rta at these spots. Especially early in morning / late afternoon. Sun low down in sky, blinding you to oncoming traffic, that are on wrong side, having to avoid these lazy drivers, who leave cars/lorries on the blind bends.

No one has bothered to reply to this comment. I dare anyone from OCC or Highways etc, to drive along this stretch of road between hours of 0600 & 0830 and 1600 & 1800, and not have a oncoming car driving at you in the middle of the road, due to these lazy drivers parking their cars on the blind bends. Especially dangerous, early mornings/late evenings, when the sun is in your vision.
