Rats!

Sent to Lancashire County Council and Preston City Council 2 minutes later

Turned off Waterloo Rd into Waterloo terrace this evening around 6pm to see a rat eating it's mc Donald's in the middle of the road. Didn't even flinch till I aimed at it. Ran off under a car.
