Health hazard

Reported via iOS in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 09:26, Wed 21 June 2017

Sent to Aberdeen City Council 3 minutes later

For months now people haven't got the message to recycle. Council has been up to look but I guess they haven't educated. Bins are full and overflowing, flytipping is beginning and it's becoming a health hazard with seagulls tearing at the bags
