Over grown

Reported via iOS in the Trees category anonymously at 07:28, Mon 19 June 2017

Sent to Harrow Borough Council 2 minutes later

This bush contains extremely harsh bushes with spiky hard thorns which are dangerous to children playing and passers by. And also damages car paint work needs the council to get on top of as they are so harsh that it needs commercial grade equipment to cut it. I have used my own hedge cutters in the past only to damage it in the end
