Dogs still continuously fouling and not being cleaned up

Sent to Leicester City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1054635.

Reported this a while ago and nothing has been done. Dogs fouling on the grassed area outside block where number 124 Pendlebury Drive, le2 6gw is and owners of dogs not picking it up. Right outside bedroom windows and young children's bedroom windows. Smell comes in the windows
