Streets absolutely full of litter. A shining example of a City of Disgrace.

The streets are absolutely full of litter. They need to be cleaned at least once a week. And not every 2 weeks as is currently the case. The cleaning needs to occur after the bin men have collected the bins as they strew the streets with litter too. How can the streets of a pending City of Culture be paved in litter. It is a shambles. We want the streets and parks cleaned regularly, even if it means less festivals

The problem is worse than ever. The end of Kingsway close to Walgrave Rd is full of litter, bin bags full of rubbish and over flowing wheelie bins. This is the case for the middle of Hamilton Road too. And much of Walsgrave Road close to Kingsway. The grass area near the bridge on Walsgrave Road is like a scene from the third world. If this is not dealt with it will need to be reported via the MP to parliament and the Local Government Ombudsman.
