Fence blown down, grass overgrown

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1052399.

The fence blew down ages ago at the back of the properties (behind 11 - 19). The grass is overgrown and some previous residents that have just moved out have put a load of rubbish behind these fences. I worry for my cats as they keep going behind there now. The fences blew down ages ago but we thought that they might be reported when the council came round to cut the grass
