Milestones cycle track has steps

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1052089.

For reasons that are not clear, the bicycle section of the cycle track between Milestones and Winklebury Way swaps sides in the railway tunnel, but there are no signs warning of this. In addition, one has to cross a kerb to achieve the side swapping. Please make the kerb flush with the level of the path where the swap occurs as this can be dangerous at night or when it is raining.
