HGV lorries Parking on Bridge - Wouldham Rd - Grays

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Marcus Roberts at 21:04, Thursday 8 June 2017

Sent to Thurrock Borough Council 1 minute later

Despite 'No Stopping for 7.5t' vehicle restriction signs, HGVs are parking overnight on a regular basis along Wouldham Road bridge, Grays. Sometimes it's just the tractor of the HGV, other times it's the entire artic. The problem has increased over the last 3 months from one HGV per night to around five or more.

Two issues here: 1. Could undermine the structure of the bridge over the railway line. 2. The drivers are throwing away their rubbish into the hedge or on the grass.
