Speed limit signs not visible

These national speed limit signs are extremely obscured. The left one is completely obscured by trees. The right one is partially obscured by trees, and is also covered in green algae making it practically invisible (certainly no longer reflective). Would be great if they could be made visible again :) Thanks!
