I have now reported the fault 4 times and Wirral Council have done nothing, that I am aware of, apart from removing the fault report from its on line reporting system every three months, or so. I have also e-mailed one of my local councillors twice and received no reply to either the original message or the reminder. A neighbour has also reported the fault to councillors on a number of occasions, without result.

I would love to be able to tell you but, unfortunately, I can't. It is now 13 months since I first reported the problem and the only thing the Council has done was to periodically remove the fault report from the on-line reporting facility. Bring on the revolution! That's wot I say!
