Dangerous loose mahole cover in danger of collapsing

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Pat Haydon at 10:28, Wed 7 June 2017

Sent to Wigan Borough Council 2 minutes later

For three months a large manhole cover, has broken away from its supporting tarmac, and is bent or now so loose its in danger of collapse as 250 heavy vehicles a day make it worse, which included Vehicle transporters with 6 SUVs on them. The noise is so bad, that residents at Saddle court Opposite have to shut their windows. This man hole cover is in between Gleesons Estate Flags and the ATS commercial garage premises. It needs fixing urgently before a fatal accident occurs if it collapses entirely. Its been reported before, but NO action has been taken
