Virgin media cabinet

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1049565.

The cabinet on the corner of foxcotte road has broken in the wind and the components inside are open to the elements. Tried to contact Virgin direct but could not get past their automated system. Door to cabinet cannot be closed.
