Footpath in need of maintenance.

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 15:57, Tue 6 June 2017

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1049453.

The footpath that runs along the public side of the library in Downham Market is in a shameful condition. It is gradually being overgrown, the fence has rotted and collapsed, there is litter strewn and Dog faeces at the side of the path on the gravelled area. This makes it especially difficult for anyone in a wheelchair to use the path.

Please refer to attached photos.

This is the responsibility of NCC.

Also attached is a screenshot from the NCC mapping system that clearly shows that NCC is responsible for maintenance of the path all around the library, including the part that is open to the public.

Please attend to this situation with urgency as it has been reported to you several times before and has been ignored for many months.
