This vehicle belongs to No 18 Abbeycourt Road, a couple of weeks ago it was clamped due to no tax and mot The owner was seen sawing off the clamp, putting the clamp in his van and driving off 2 days ago the van has appeared back in the street parked outside No 1 Abbeycourt Road still with no tax and mot
