Large dip in footpath
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 21:25, Mon 5 June 2017
Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1048953.
This dip in the edge of the footpath on Horns Drove has been present for some time. Recently my wife twisted her ankle because of it - fortunately, on this occasion, she did not suffer serious injury.
The dip in the footpath is outside #28 Horns Drove, on the west side of the road.

Well, they have painted it a nice colour, but that's all so far. The situation is further complicated as access is currently blocked by Scottish and Southern Electricity digging up the road (again...sigh).

It keeps getting painted, but nobody has been to fix it in 3 months.

Still no action other than painting it a nice colour!

STILL not fixed. If they can repeatedly paint it, why can't they just fix it. Very poor response to council tax payers' observations.

It is now almost 6 months and the dip in the pavement still has not been fixed, despite plenty of attention from the man with the paint brush. It is now doubly dangerous as it is full of leaves, so it is camouflaged. The first person who twists their ankle will, no doubt, have case against the council for negligence. Give me a couple of shovels of tarmac and I'll fix it!
