Private road ???

Certain residents have started plastering private road no parking signs along the frontage of there properties and on street furniture along the road. The kcc list of streets has recently been changed to part kcc owned and part private street . This road has street lighting all the way along its length provided by the council. And has previously been maintained by kcc. The concrete road was laid at the same time as all other concrete roads in the area which are maintained by kcc. Properties along the road only show land ownership in there deeds to there boundary walls not the grass verge to the kerb edge. No mention of road ownership. Some properties along the road may pre date the concrete roadway...
