Either the dumped tyres were not collected or more tyres have been dumped. Either way, there are fly-tipped tyres that need to be collected.

Illegally dumped hazardous waste not collected

Can the District Council please explain why scrap tyres fly-tipped here are not being collected? Some of the tyres have been thrown around the field and some along (and into the hedgerow). There is also a 205 litre container of an unknown chemical hidden under the hedge (just past the footpath sign). The area suffers from general litter now too.
