Large 'line marking' truck & caravan parked outside shops

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 14:51, Fri 2 June 2017

Sent to Surrey Heath Borough Council 4 minutes later

For over a month now, there has been two large vehicles parked outside the Vel Shop in Vale Road, Camberley. One is an enormous 'line marking' truck which does not look safe to be parking next to the busy pavement - vehicle reg YJ59 CZO. The second vehicle is a white caravan which has also been parked outside the shop - vehicle H184 YGU. Both vehicles are taking up space outside the local shop, forcing customers to go elsewhere. Both vehicles have not moved from this location. Please can you remove these vehicles so that customers can visit the shop!

  • I'm a resident down Eaton road and that like marking vehicle never moves. It's been there for over 3 years!! It's a nightmare for me to get out of my road as I can't see!! I've had so many near misses because of this vehicle!

  • Can someone please sort this line marking truck out? Its so dangerous to be positioned here. Not only can nobody access the local shops, it often has tools that are reachable in the back and this poses a threat to the community. It so dangerous trying to see around this truck, it should be parked up on industrial premises, not here!
